CHAMPAIGN, IL – Communications Data Group, Inc. (CDG) is pleased to announce the recent promotion of Mike Carson to MBS Product Support Manager. As MBS Product Support Manager, Mr. Carson will be responsible for overseeing the Technical and Billing support groups and their day-to-day operation for CDG’s consumer and enterprise BSS/OSS application, MBS.
In making this announcement, Donna Anglin, CDG’s Vice President of Product Support, stated that, “Mike has been instrumental to CDG’s mission to provide the optimal customer experience, and we believe that as MBS Product Support Manager he will continue to help us enhance our support tools and services and increase our client engagement and satisfaction.”
Mike Carson initially joined CDG 2007, as a BDS-I Support Representative, and has extensive experience in quality assurance and product support.
