As telecom service providers look for more integrated B/OSS and accounting platforms to simplify their operations and better manage scalability, CDG is pleased to offer integration of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central suite through a partnership with BKD Technologies.
The new integration allows CDG customers to push core accounting data from their MBS billing data into the MS Dynamics 365 accounting application suite. Additionally, customers can access the cloud-based Dynamics 365 system directly through their MBS application menu.
This important integration is powered through a partnership with BKD Technologies, a top 15 U.S. Accounting & Advisory firm, with 37 offices across 16 states. BKD has specific telecom industry experience and is a great partner to help CDG bring valuable integrations like this to our customers.
The Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform offers a comprehensive ERP solution, with modules for financials, sales, purchases, inventory, projects, services, and operations. The Business Central functions include accounting, HR, manufacturing, distribution, field service, sales, marketing, CRM, and business intelligence reporting.
